Agreement
By using evra.studio or engaging EVRA Studio for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Services
EVRA Studio provides web design, development, and ongoing support services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals. A signed proposal constitutes a binding agreement for that project.
Payment Terms
- A deposit is required before work begins, as specified in your proposal
- Final payment is due upon project completion, before site handoff
- Monthly support plans are billed on the first of each month
- Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days notice
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and custom code created for your project. EVRA Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide content, assets, and feedback within agreed timelines
- Review and approve deliverables at each milestone
- Ensure you have rights to all content you provide
Project delays caused by late client feedback may result in adjusted timelines.
Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement will be quoted separately.
Limitation of Liability
EVRA Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic levels, or revenue increases.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Coos County, NH.
